Capricciosa pizza oven has a baking sheet with a diameter of 35 cm, adapted to place 6 shoulder blades with a diameter of 11 cm. Of course, the baking tray is also suitable for baking larger pizzas, according to your choice.
Thanks to powerful heaters at the bottom and top of the equipment with a power of 1500 W and a removable terracotta dome, there is an optimal distribution of heat and uniform browning of the pizza.
