Technical specifications:
NOXy® is Grupa Azoty's complementary solution that offers AdBlue®1 of the highest quality. AdBlue® is a liquid chemical product that is non-toxic, odorless, colorless and environmentally friendly.
AdBlue® quality and purity
is required both in the manufacturing phase and during transport and storage.
All surfaces that come into direct contact with AdBlue® should be free of foreign substances (oil, fuel, cleaning agents) and particles.
Use:
NOXy®, a chemical product also known by the registered trademark AdBlue®, is mainly used in the latest emission control technologies. Its use allows a significant reduction in harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx). The reduction is carried out until non-toxic fumes and nitrogen are produced.
NOXy® is ideally suited for the automotive sector - also for the SCR system (Selective Catalytic Reduction). It thus contributes to compliance with the applicable emissions standard (including Euro V and Euro VI).
Advantages of NOXy®
- reduce fuel consumption by 3-4% for engines complying with the EURO IV standard and by 5% for engines complying with the EURO V standard,
- environmental protection by complying with the requirements of the existing standards limiting the emission of pollutants,
