Products come from customer returns.
It is hard to estimate the percentage but many of them are working.
Some which are not working are possible to repair.
Some of them may have lines or dead pixels.
In small percentage screens may not work. Maximum 1% can have cracked glass but very rarely.
In some may missing accessories.
All TV’s are in boxes.
