Tasting: Intense cherry red colour, with a medium-high layer, clean and bright. On the nose the wine has aromas of ripe fruit, black spices and minerals, which give the wine a fine and elegant character. On the palate it is perfectly structured, full-bodied, with noble tannins, good acidity, tasty, broad and long. It has a long and harmonious aftertaste.
Elaboration: Made with destemmed grapes. Long macerations. It has been aged for 12 to 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
Food pairing: Ideal to accompany rice and pasta, meats, roasts and unprepared stews.
Serving temperature 16-18ºC.
