Warning triangle
Standard hazard warning triangle with the E mark (approval mark) for damaged cars, trucks, lorries and other commercial vehicles and motor vehicles as follows
Marking of a technically defective vehicle according to � 56 (6) of the Traffic Act:
Outside a built-up area, a damaged vehicle on the road or in a stopping lane, other than a two-wheel motorcycle, and an agricultural tractor, slow-moving vehicle and uncoupled trailer must be marked with a triangle. The triangle indicating the jam shall be placed behind the vehicle in such a way that the damaged vehicle can be seen from a sufficient distance by the drivers of the other vehicles. A damaged vehicle may also be marked with a triangle indicating a jam.
Decree 6/1990 on the technical conditions for the placing on the market and entry into service of road vehicles. (IV. 12.) K�H�M decree, the technical operating conditions for the hazard warning signal:
103. � (1) With the exception of a motorcycle without a sidecar, a warning triangle shall be kept ready for all motor vehicles, agricultural tractors and slow-moving vehicles.
(2) The warning triangle must bear an approval mark.
