Depending on the option chosen, every 7, 14 or 30 days.
Are all offers automatically refreshed or only selected ones?
It is up to You to decide which offers you want to be refreshed automatically. However, nothing prevents all offers available in your profile from being refreshed automatically.
Can I choose the auto-refresh option for 14 or 30 days and then upgrade?
We do not offer the option to upgrade to a higher package. We therefore encourage you to choose the most favourable one for you.
Does the offer refresh work across the site or just in selected sections?
Refresh of offers works throughout the site - both in categories and in the product or stock section.
How much time do I have to use the service?
The service is available for 12 months from the time of order. The expiry date of the service is not linked to the expiry date of the account, but it is necessary to have an active account on Merkandi in order to use it.
I bought the service but don't want to use it. Am I eligible for a refund?
You are entitled to a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not started using the service within that time.
