Made from a die-cast forged aluminum, perfect for absorbing and distributing heat evenly and quickly. The marble coating is an energy-efficient also as the primal base aluminum material as it absorbs heat energy rapidly lowering cooking times. The internal surface does not discolor, changes the taste of food, alters the nutritional value of food. It's PTFE free and PFOA free and can cook from no to minimum oil and fat making it cookware those health-conscious. The cover is made up of tempered glass with a steam hole is reinforced with a stainless steel side cover that locks in steam and flavor on your dish.
