Bottle - without VAT and cargo - Properties: Low-odor and heavy metal-free super concentrate for degreasing, derusting and phosphating in one operation. The rust converter has first-class cleaning and degreasing properties. Flash rust, rust, scale are converted into a phosphate layer. This phosphate layer is an excellent primer for coatings with paints, powder coatings and corrosion protection products, etc. Extremely efficient and very economical! Universally applicable : metal fences, tools, metal doors, .......etc.! Used in vehicle construction, plant construction, mechanical engineering, workshops, maintenance, etc. Advantage: Contributes to repair or value preservation and saves costs! Biodegradable after neutralization according to OECD guidelines. Easy to use: Dilute product with water from 1:3 to 1:10, spray the object or apply with a brush. In stubborn cases ( thick rust layers ) repeat the process (can be done several times!) until complete conversion into ( grey-black phosphate layer ). Before the next operation, rinse with clean water, wipe and dry. Recommendation: Rapid procedure for further processing due to susceptibility to corrosion!
