SET OF 5 RESISTANCE RUBBER FOR TRAINING EXERCISES - description
A set of training bands made of natural rubber.
The set includes two neoprene-coated grips for a firm grip and protection against blisters and chafing, and two ankle straps for lower muscle training.
The set is equipped with as many as 5 rubbers with different loads:
black 22.7 kg;
green 18.1 kg;
blue 13.6 kg;
red 9.1 kg;
yellow 4.6 kg.
Length: 130 cm each (with handles 180 cm)
An additional element of the set is a door anchor that allows the device to be mounted in virtually any room without the use of additional fastening elements (screws, etc.). An anchor piece with a soft finish allows it to be locked on the other side of a closed door. This solution allows you to perform consecutive sets of exercises.
