Adhesive for Hard Plastics is a specialized adhesive for plastics, in particular for modern synthetic materials. Used for joining and repairing elements made of acrylic glass, ABS, persplex, TR, EVA, except polyethylene PE and polypropylene PP. Key features: Resistant to weather conditions Free of toluene and cyclohexane Dissolves bonded surfaces The connector is resistant to hot water and chemicals Typical applications include: Bonding of installation elements made of hard PVC Joining and repairing gutters Repair of toys and household appliances (vacuum cleaners, mixers, telephones, etc.) In the automotive industry - repair of damaged dashboards, headlights, handles and other plastic car parts Benefits: For indoor and outdoor use Safe to use Creates a very strong joint Parameters: Color:colorless, glue R-327 Open drying time: 5 min. Full cure:12 h Resistance to temperature:-30°C to 80°C Shelf life:24 months Directions for use: Clean the surfaces to be joined with sandpaper and thoroughly degrease using the P-102 Cleaning Set or P-959 Technical Degreaser. Apply the adhesive to both surfaces and distribute it evenly. Allow the solvents to evaporate (about 5 minutes at 18°C). Press the glued elements firmly and leave to dry for a minimum of 12 hours.
