Antigen rapid test device (SARS-CoV-2)

Antigen Rapid test Device (saliva)

RAPID TEST FOR THE QUALITATIVE DETERMINATION OF ANTIGENS OF THE NEW CORONAVIRUS V
HUMAN SALIVA.

Antigen rapid test device (via saliva) for the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) is in vitro
diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of novel coronavirus antigens in human saliva using a rapid
immunochromatographic methods. Identification is based on specific monoclonal antibodies
for the novel coronavirus antigen. It will provide clinicians with information on prescribing the correct medications

Antigen rapid test device (via saliva) for the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) is
an immunochromatographic membrane test that uses highly sensitive monoclonal antibodies against
the new coronavirus.
The test strip consists of the following three parts namely the sample pad, the reagent pad and
reaction membranes. Reagent membrane contains colloidal gold-conjugated with monoclonal
antibodies against Novel coronavirus; the reaction membrane contains secondary antibodies against the new
coronavirus and anti-mouse globulin polyclonal antibodies that are pre-immobilized on
membrane.
If the sample is accepted by the test, the conjugate solution from the indicated reagent pad will receive a solute and
migrates along with the nasal sample. If the new coronavirus is present in the sample, a complex between
by an anti-novel coronavirus conjugate and the virus will be captured/detected by a specific monoclonal anti-novel
by T region-coated coronavirus. Whether the sample contains virus or not, the solution continues to
migration and encounters another reagent (an anti-mouse IgG antibody) that binds the remaining conjugates, thereby
creates a red line in the C area.
Antigen rapid test device (via saliva) for the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) can
detect both the SARS-Cov-2 nucleoprotein and the SARS-Cov-2 peak protein. Using ELISA, we found
that the antibody we use binds to amino acids 511-531 of the SARS Cov-2 spike protein.
The detectability of genetic variants of SARS-CoV-2 was tested by examining susceptibility to recombinant
SARS-Cov-2 spike proteins (319 to 541aa). In these tests, the rapid antigen test achieved Novel
Coronavirus (SARS-Cov-2) of the same values when detecting variants B.1.1.7 (UK) and B.1.351 (SA) as when
standard variant detection..
