CR 4812 Meat Grinder #8 - description
A solid device for those who want to prepare their own sausages and ground meat. Larger than the standard grinding chamber number 8, it allows for grinding 2kg of meat per minute. The meat grinder is equipped with 3 interchangeable stainless steel plates with hole diameters of 3mm, 5mm, and 7mm. The set also includes a sausage stuffing attachment, a Kebbe attachment, and a pusher. The whole unit is made from durable materials that are easy to disassemble and clean. The user has a choice of 2 speeds (forwards and reverse). The grinder has a power of 500 W, with a transmission of up to 1600 W. The device features a built-in storage compartment for the attachments and plates to prevent their loss. The grinder is equipped with a double-sided cross knife, which has a longer lifespan and easier installation because both sides cut. This eliminates the risk of incorrectly installing the cross knife and, consequently, the need to disassemble the grinder to switch to the cutting side, as is the case with single-sided knives.
