Special two-component paste for application on aluminum alloys, cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals. Contains glass fibers that increase resistance to cracking. Ideal for repairing cracked cylinder heads and engine blocks, fuel tanks, radiators, and oil pans. After curing, it can be painted and mechanically processed (drilling, grinding, threading). The Aluminum Paste is a two-component, thixotropic composite. It is designed for the repair and regeneration of parts made from light metal alloys, steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. After complete curing, it can be subjected to mechanical processing. It is resistant to weather conditions, temperatures, and aggressive chemical compounds (acids, alkalis, solvents, gasoline).
Thanks to its properties, it serves as an alternative to costly repairs. It finds wide application in automotive workshops, industrial plants, and also households.
Typical applications include the repair of:

Method of use:

- For reinforcing the repaired area, glass fabric T-048 can be used.
- Grind the surface to be repaired with sandpaper or file
- Remove all dirt and degrease (use Cleaning Set P-102 or Technical Degreaser P-959)
- Prepare a bowl for mixing the components
- Apply two equal volumes of components A+B using different spoons - when in doubt, use less hardener (component B)
- Mix thoroughly until a uniform color and consistency is achieved, without streaks and air bubbles
- Apply the mixed components to the repaired element, first filling in the gaps and indentations
- Repair must be done within 30 minutes of mixing the components.
