Special, two-component paste for use on aluminum alloys, cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals. Contains glass fibers for increased fracture toughness. Ideal for repairing cracked engine heads and blocks, fuel tanks, radiators, oil pans. After curing, it can be painted over and machined mechanically (drilling, grinding, threading). Features: solvent-free easy-to-use thixotropic consistency contains reinforcing fibers resistant to water and temperature allows the regeneration of expensive elements resistant to aggressive chemical agents Aluminum Paste is a two-component, thixotropic composite. Designed for repair and regeneration of elements and parts made of light metal alloys, steel, cast steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. After complete curing, it can be subjected to mechanical treatment. It is resistant to weather conditions, temperature and aggressive chemical compounds (acids, alkalis, solvents, gasoline). Thanks to its properties, it is an alternative to expensive repairs. It is widely used in car workshops, industrial plants as well as households. Typical applications include: repair and regeneration of cracked castings filling cavities in light metal alloys regeneration of broken and worn shafts removal of casting defects in castings made of cast iron, cast steel and non-ferrous metals. Sand the repaired surface with sandpaper or a file Remove any dirt and degrease (use P-102 Cleaning Kit or P-959 Technical Degreaser) Prepare a bowl for mixing ingredients Apply two A+B ingredients of equal volume using different teaspoons - if in doubt, use a smaller amount of hardener (component B) Mix thoroughly until a uniform color and uniform consistency, No streaks or air bubbles Apply the mixed ingredients to the repaired element, first filling gaps and cavities Repair within 30 minutes of mixing the ingredients.
