The splitter is used for branching radio and television signals in community and individual antenna installations. It allows signals to pass from one coaxial cable to 3 wires, while maintaining an even distribution of power. The splitter can be used instead of the end subscriber outlet if the subscriber wants to connect 3 TV sets. Splitters are designed for use in enclosed spaces. Electronic systems of splitters are made using the surface mounting technique and enclosed in a body in the form of a cuboid, cast from zinc alloys. The body ensures the highest shielding efficiency and mechanical resistance.
