Hose Clamp Diameter 16-27mm Width of the clamp 9mm The hose clamp is made of steel tape with a width covered with a galvanic coating (alu - zinc). It is used to secure flexible rubber, PVC and other round tubes on inlet pipes, terminations, etc. The tape has rounded edges to protect the tube from damage. The clamp screw has a hexagonal head with either a straight or cross recess. The asymmetrical embossed teeth on the band, in combination with the screw, ensure that the clamp twists in the direction of the applied torque.
