INSTALLATION: Remove unnecessary covers from the rim and clean its outer side Place the steel expanding ring in the position with the notch under the valve and press it into the sockets of the clamping claws. Apply the hubcap to the rim so that the place for the valve in the hubcap matches with the valve in the rim. Place the hubcap on the lower part of the rim, support it with your knee, press the upper two clamping claws with your fingers from top to bottom of the hubcap while simultaneously pushing the hubcap inward into the rim lip. Press around the entire perimeter of the rim.
