Atişkan Plasterboard Joint Filler 25 kg - Plaster-Based Sealant - description
DEFINITION: Atişkan sealant is a plaster-based plaster for filling joints, suitable for manual application on thicknesses of 0 to 5 mm indoors, especially on plasterboard joints.
ADVANTAGES OF ATIŞKAN JOINT FILLER PLASTER 25 KG: Equipped with a stretch function, it prevents cracks and ensures a smooth surface, while being a non-combustible material of class A1.
SCOPE: Recommended for use for drywall joints, walls, cracked surfaces and other gaps that need to be filled.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS: Apply at a minimum ambient temperature of +5°C, in the absence of draughts.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Before application, it is crucial to clean the surfaces of any substance that may impair adhesion (dust, dirt, oil, paint, etc.).
APPLICATION: Mix 10 kg of Atişkan joint filler with about 6.5 litres of water, resting time of 2 minutes, then mix until combined. Use the prepared mixture within 60 minutes.
WARNINGS: Do not add other materials to the mixture. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and rinse thoroughly if contact.
APPLICATION LIMIT: To be used only for the uses specified in the scope.
CONSUMPTION AMOUNT: Approximately 200 gr per m² of surface.
SHELF LIFE: Can be kept for 6 months in its original sealed packaging, away from moisture.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Mixing ratio of 6.5 liters of water per 10 kg of Atişkan, 60-minute operating time and 140-minute setting time, class A1 reaction to fire, conforming to TS EN 13963.
PACKAGING: PP bag of 25 KG on pallet of 100cm x 120cm x 100cm, containing 40 pieces of 25 kg each.
