New customers benefit from 100% customer packages. This welder uses a wire coil to weld thin materials such as 0.6 mm, ideal for thin sheet metal such as car body or chassis without the need for weld seam rework when changing electrodes.
Add a protective gas, and the station allows welding on aluminum, stainless steel and steel in MIG-MAG mode. MIG welding requires the use of pure Argon for aluminium or a mixture of Argon + CO² for steels and stainless steels.
For steel, there is a gas-free option using flux-cored wire. The thickness of the steel sheets should not be less than 1.2 mm to avoid drilling. Wire spools of Ø 100 and 200 mm are used with this machine.
The machine is supplied with 1 Mig 180 A torch with EURO connector (cable length 3 m) and 1 ground clamp (cable length 1.9 m), plus a reversible roller for steel - stainless steel wire Ø 0.6 / 0.8 mm and a 1 m gas hose + hose to fit on a regulator for refillable cylinders.
Optionally, you can equip the station with an electrode holder for rod welding and a Tig torch for welding steel and stainless steel with touch ignition.
