Liquid Ceramics 20 10ml Technicqll - description
Liquid ceramics based on epoxy resin and Nano modifier used for permanent repairs of cracks, scratches and cavities. It is used for quick repair of white, high-gloss enamelled and ceramic surfaces, as well as acrylic and varnished surfaces damaged as a result of impacts, scratches, upholstery as well as blemishes and discoloration. The addition of the Nano modifier provides high resistance to cracking and mechanical deformation and increases resistance to scratches and abrasion. The packaging of the two-chamber syringe facilitates dispensing without the need to measure the ingredients. The static mixer used ensures thorough mixing without introducing air into the mixture, thanks to which better strength and aesthetics of repair is obtained. Key features: Durable white color High opacity Does not age, does not turn yellow For inside and outside Waterproof Resistant Acidic and alkaline cleaning agents and detergents After drying, it can be machined mechanically (grinding) Solvent-free Application: Materials: glass, ceramics, porcelain, concrete, plastics, stone, metal, aluminum Protects metal components against corrosion Repair of sanitary facilities: bath, washbasin, urinals, shower trays, cisterns, sinks, washing machines, refrigerators, gas stoves Filling cavities in varnished furniture and tiles Parameters: Color: blue

Shelf life: 18 months Glued surfaces should be: Clean Clean the surfaces to be glued so that they are free of any dirt and dirt (dust, dust, grease, rust, remnants of old substrate). Before using the preparation, it is advantageous to slightly matt the surface with fine sandpaper, but be careful not to scratch the non-regenerated surface. Break off the nozzle tip and squeeze out a small amount of the preparation to eliminate possible air bubbles. Then squeeze the right amount of liquid ceramics onto the attached bowl and mix the ingredients thoroughly with a teaspoon for at least 2 minutes. The package includes a white sticker made of polyethylene film, which is used to obtain even edges and cover the undamaged surface against dirt with the mortar. Cut a suitable hole in the sticker, adapted to the damaged cavity. Peel off the protective paper and apply to the surface before applying the preparation. Apply the right amount of the preparation, collect its excess with a teaspoon and distribute it evenly to get an even, flat surface – without allowance. Complete scratches and small gaps with the preparation with a sharply cut stick, e.g. a toothpick. On vertical surfaces, so that a thicker layer of liquid ceramics does not flow off it, apply the mortar with thinner layers, after curing the previous one, that is, at intervals of 3 hours. After thorough application, remove the cover sticker after partial drying of the grout (at the earliest 3 hours after its application). Gently apply a colourless polyethylene film to the uncured mortar. This will allow you to get a smooth and glossy surface. Remove the film after the mortar is completely cured – 24 hours. After application, clean the nozzles from the remnants of the mortar, tear off the plug located between the plungers and clog the nozzles in the syringe.
