Liquid, moderately active flux type 1.1.2/3 A acc. to ISO 9454-1, alcoholic solution of rosin with the addition of organic activators, max. soldering temperature 280oC. The content of parts of the whole 24%. It is great for manual tinning to restore their solderability.
Physicochemical characteristics:
- Appearance: dark amber liquid
- Fragrance: alcoholic-resinous
- S. in water: turbid, well soluble only carrier, insoluble activator
- Other solvents: most organic solvents
- Static method activity in tem. 250°C: -reflow area of Sn60Pb40 alloy 250 mm2
- Halide content: 0,06 %
- Content of subst. non-volatile: 24 %
- Density at 20°C: 0.86 g/cm3
- Packaging: 100ml oiler
Use:
The flux can be applied to printed circuit boards using the foam method, flux wave, by immersion and with a brush. Flux and its residues do not show a corrosive effect after soldering, therefore they do not require removal. Where required, residues should be washed off with an alcoholic PCB remover, ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol.
