PP 40M Red
These are plastomer-type membranes produced from modified bitumen with the addition of Atactic Polypropylene (APP). The bitulins of the Prima series, which have a very wide spectrum to meet the waterproofing problems encountered in all types of buildings, have a good compatibility with the cold and hot climatic conditions of temperate climatic zones. It is the most widely used type of membrane in our country.
Benefits
Bitumin membranes, which are the basic elements of waterproofing, are produced from high-quality bitumen modified with various polymers, reinforced with polyester or fiberglass, in different thicknesses, and applying various coatings to the surface when necessary, and therefore, they have a wide range of products that allows you to choose the most ideal material for each type of special use.
Thanks to the modified bitumen, the insulation retains its flexibility even at very low temperatures and does not crack. At high temperatures, it slowly softens and retains its shape. As a result, the Bituline system can be used safely in all climate zones.
The fact that Bituline membranes are produced with modern machinery in the plant environment ensures homogeneity of insulation and integrity of quality, and insulation risks resulting from differences in performance that may be encountered in systems applied with on-site mixtures are eliminated.
The membranes are joined by fusion welding and easily adhere to the desired surfaces. The welding system ensures the continuity of the insulation. The water impermeability of the Bituline system is also total at the joints.
Reinforcements placed in membranes increase the tensile and compressive strength of the insulation. The Bituline system can also be safely used in places where high mechanical stresses are encountered such as highways and bridges.
Bitumin membranes, which can be supplied in the form of mineral granules or aluminium coated in different colours on request, are also ideal as a top-layer insulation material that is not affected by chemical and biological substances in the air, is resistant to ultraviolet rays and has an aesthetic surface.
The sealing of the Bituline system is applied by teams with millions of square meters of work experience, with 100% waterproof assurance.
