A motion sensor is a device that automates the operation of a light source. It is worth thinking about it when installing new lighting on the property or improving the existing ones. The sensor works both indoors and outdoors – it can be connected to lamps in large rooms, staircases, in the garden, on the property. It has a high degree of tightness, thanks to which it is resistant to weather conditions. The sensor works by detecting the heat generated by an object moving nearby – a person or an animal, and then lighting the light source connected to it – a light bulb, lamp, halogen. In addition, it has dusk detection, it can only work at night or day and night. Thanks to the adjustment located on the sensor, the sensor adjusts the lighting time, motion sensitivity and dusk sensitivity. It is a very convenient solution, thanks to which you can set the light to your needs and conditions. What's more, installing a sensor can significantly reduce electricity bills – you do not have to remember to turn the light on and off.
