Designed to combine all materials, both flexible and hard, with smooth and porous surfaces. Including PE polyethylene and PP polypropylene and even PTFE Teflon. This product consists of a new generation of cyanoacrylate gel adhesive and a base – PRIMER, designed to prepare the surface before bonding polyolefins – difficult to glue – PP, PE. Features: high adhesive and primer activity brush packaging flexible adhesive high gluing speed Benefits: strong bonding of plastic elements precise glue application, low glue consumption possibility of gluing materials with different properties short repair time Application: Bonding of low surface energy plastics: polyolefins (PE, PP), PTFE, silicone rubbers. Also designed for gluing: metal, rubber, wood, ceramics, cement, hard plastics, glass, leather, plywood, aluminum. It glues hard and flexible materials. Also used for bonding metal combinations "metal + rubber, plastic + rubber, paper + plywood + glass, etc. Parameters: Viscosity: gel Shear strength: min. 3.0 MPa Max. gap to fill: 0.25 mm Temperature range: -550C to 800C Shelf life: 12 months Directions for use: Clean and matt glued elements. Degrease the surface (P-102 or P-959 Technical Degreaser). Surfaces should be clean and free from dirt. Apply a thin, even layer of primera "BASE" to the surfaces to be glued. Wait 2-3 minutes. Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to one of the surfaces (the less glue, the stronger the bond). Immediately join the elements, press and hold for a few seconds. Do not move or correct the connection.
