Fast-drying transparent PVB coating with good insulating properties. Protects printed circuit boards and other components working in unfavorable weather conditions from corrosion. The coating protects printed circuit boards from stray currents and short circuits. PROPERTIES: Creates a protective and insulating layer that shields against atmospheric influences such as: moisture, oxidation, dust, chemical pollutants; Adheres well to metal, plastic, and wood surfaces; Creates a coating resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, and atmospheric factors; Soldering through the coating layer is possible; Prevents sparking and corona discharges; Limits breakdowns between pathways; Does not change transparency and elasticity even after a long time; Operating temperature -50°C +150°C. Flash point +380°C. Temperature range for use: from -40°C +60°C. APPLICATION: Insulates and protects a wide range of electronics, printed circuit boards, cables and wires, high-voltage transformers, windings of electric motors; In the automotive industry to avoid overloads and short circuits; Seals plastic housings of plugs and sockets; In energy and electromechanics creates protective layers.
