VINDICATION
Vinified using the traditional process of complete fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by a brief aging in French and American oak barrels.
NOTE OF TEST
With an intense garnet color, it is lively and very aromatic. The flavor is clearly marked by red fruits and soft tannins from the wood. The finish is very persistent, but velvety.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It should be served at a temperature between 16 and 18° C. It is an excellent accompaniment to pasta, game, white and red meats. Consumption not recommended for pregnant women and minors. Contains sulfites.
