ORGANIC WHITE WINE
Origin: IGP Val de Loire – Vienne
Terroirs: 2/3 sandy clay soils rich in flint outcrops and small decalcified blocks (Turonian tufa). 1/3 of reddish soils, superficial and stony (decalcified chalks from the Jurassic). Yield: 36 HL per hectare.

Age of the vines: from 50 to 10 years
Analytical Profile:
Crop profile: Tillage between vines; alternating natural grass covers, mechanical work, and green manure crops (legumes and grasses) between the rows to fight against erosion and respect biodiversity. Organic fertilization only. Viticulture does not use any insecticides or herbicides. The vines are harvested at night to preserve all the varietal aromas. Vinification: Sorting of the harvest and complete destemming. Gentle pressing (Champagne type) with selection of free-run juices. Tight settling. Alcoholic fermentation for 2 to 3 weeks with controlled temperatures.
Maturation: Plot on fine lees. 33% barrels of 2 wines, 55% stainless steel, 12% concrete eggs (ageing 9 months)
Production: 7,750 bottles
Packaging: Seduction Bordeaux bottle. Stelvin Screw Capsule. Cardboard boxes of 6 standing.
Tasting Notes: Light yellow colour, silvery reflections. On the nose, the wine gives off a beautiful freshness, with notes of lemon zest, thyme, and peach. On the palate, the Sauvignon is full-bodied, a little salty, but above all shows an admirable balance thanks to its ageing in three containers of three different materials.
