The assembly and removal of a KRAFTMULLER strut, which is located on the front and rear axles of many vehicles, requires special tools. We offer you a set that contains the necessary accessories to do this, including a spring compressor and 6 clamping jaws (3 pairs) of different sizes.
Spring compressors are made of forged and galvanized steel; a material that gives them special stability and durability. For ideal storage, you will receive the tools in a practical plastic case.
The tool set is suitable for all springs with a diameter of 65-125 mm, 88-160 mm and 126-212 mm. A spacer is provided for springs that show signs of shrinkage or decrease in one direction. As a result, you can use both large and small adapters at the same time without any problems. At this point, the spacer causes an offset of 30 mm. In addition, the tool has a maximum clamping force of approx. 1000 kg.
The spring compresses easily linearly; Simply tighten the nut on the compressor body by hand.
