Fireproof paste based on silicates. Perfect for all materials operating at very high temperatures, above one thousand degrees Celsius. Resistant to exhaust fumes, diluted acids, water, chemicals and subzero temperature. Features: Gel consistency Temperature resistant Chemically resistant Benefits: Does not run off, ideal for vertical surfaces For repairs of elements operating at high temperatures For the repair of smoke ducts, for embedding fireplace inserts Application: Designed for repairs, installation and sealing of exhaust systems (e.g. collectors, silencers) in motor vehicles and construction, in the assembly and sealing of damaged fireclay, metal and ceramic pipes, supplying and discharging flue gases, liquids. Gluing: Glued surfaces should be free of any dirt (dust, water, grease, etc.). Degrease metal surfaces using P-102 Cleaning Kit or P-959 Technical Degreaser.
Apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces, distribute it evenly and join the elements.
Within 5 min. You can adjust the position of elements. Sealing: The joint/gap should be free of any dirt (dust, water, grease, etc.).
Apply the glue and smooth with a spatula dipped in water.

Specification: Color:grey Full cure:24 h Resistance to temp:-40°C to 1200°C Shelf life:18 months IMPORTANT: After thorough drying and firing at temperatures above 5000C for about 2 hours, the weld becomes resistant to water and aqueous solutions. Heat gradually to avoid bubbles and cracks in the joint.
