Thread protection agent for unwanted loosening achieving high strength. Prevents parts from loosening subjected to vibration. Ideal for permanently securing permanent connections in engine blocks and pump housings. Key features: Prevents joints from loosening Sealing joints Prevents corrosion Disassembly with hand tools Directions for use: Clean surfaces of oil and other contaminants and dry. Shake vigorously: bottle before use. Cut off the dispenser tip and apply a small amount of product to the screw thread before assembly. When used on less active metals such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, pure aluminum, the solidification time may be extended. Recommended for securing screws from M6 to M25 in devices that do not require frequent disassembly. To dismantle, heat the site to a temperature above 150°C or use a lot of force to break the connection. Specification: Temperature resistance: -54°C to 149°C. Pre-curing takes about 20 minutes. Recommended for securing screws from M6 to M20 in devices that require periodic disassembly or service. Full curing after 24 hours. Breaking torque for M10 screws: 22 Nm. Capacity: 10ml Recommended for use where regular disassembly of parts is not required.
