A traditional pastry board for kneading and kneading dough with dimensions of 70x49 cm, in the shape of a trapezoid - wider at the bottom and narrower at the top. Made of plywood (bottom) and beech wood (sides) in a light color. Unimpregnated. The large work surface of 67x48 cm ensures free work. A raised rim (3 cm) surrounding the pastry board on 3 sides prevents spillage around the flour when preparing the dough. The board also has a strip on the underside on the open side, which prevents it from moving during intensive rolling.
