The BATMFour must be connected to the GENERAL BYTES server software called CAS. This server software allows you to trade and re-purchase coins, and manage your wallets, settings, fleet management, and much more.

The BATMFour has the ability to convert cash into cryptocurrencies as well as convert cryptocurrencies into cash. When you set up your machine, you determine whether your BATMFour is going to be unidirectional or bidirectional.
Sales process
1. The customer indicates how much cash they want to withdraw.
2. The BATMFour will check your cash availability to ensure that you are able to dispense the requested amount.
3. The BATM prints a redemption ticket containing instructions and a QR code with the amount of cryptocurrency that the customer must send to the machine.
4. After the customer sends the crypto to the machine, they are automatically notified via SMS that the withdrawal is ready.
5. The customer scans the redemption ticket and the BATM dispenses the cash.
6. Meanwhile, the BATM can be set to automatically sell any crypto collected on the connected exchange, reducing the trader's risk.
