The EDËNBËRG EB-1510 deep fryer is a real old time favorite deep fryer with a classic look, equipped with a metal drain basket. Due to its size with a diameter of 18 cm and a height of 16 cm, it has a capacity for 3.8L of frying oil. Great for fries for the whole family or bitterballen for the men during the competition. The pan is suitable for all heat sources including induction, to be used in any household.
The bottom is covered with no less than 3 layers of marble with a beautiful black interior that does not discolor. Thanks to the thick bottom, the pans are very durable and the food is heated evenly.
The 3 layers of marble bottom is the best non-stick coating you could wish for. The material is up to 7 times stronger than a traditional non-stick coating and food cannot stick.
