The product contains a complex of 6 strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, as well as vitamin C, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Probiotic (friendly) bacteria are an essential part of our gut and are referred to as the gut microflora. The intestinal microflora has a major impact on immunity, participates in digestion, helps produce vitamin B12 and vitamin K, and represents a natural barrier against pathogenic microorganisms causing infections.

With diarrhoea, constipation, infections and after taking antibiotics, the intestinal microflora is disrupted, which can have a negative effect on overall health. Therefore, it is advisable to supplement live bacteria typical of the intestinal microflora through dietary supplements called probiotics.
It is also recommended to use probiotics with any change in diet and environment, such as when traveling to foreign destinations. In that case, start taking probiotics at least a week before departure.

Composition:
Bulking agent (maltodextrin), capsule (stabilizer hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), complex of 6 strains of vital microorganisms (Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus plantarum), L-ascorbic acid.

Recommended dosage:
1 capsule 1-2× daily with meals. Microorganisms are able to survive a variety of conditions in the stomach or intestines, but their survival is better when taken with food such as oatmeal with low-fat milk compared to taking only water or juice.
If you or your child are unable to swallow the capsule, it can be opened and the contents mixed with a little liquid at a temperature of up to 30°C.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
