Vitamin D plays a very important role in supporting immunity. It has been shown that it is often lacking in a large part of the population, especially during periods of low solar intensity. It is recommended to supplement it especially in middle and older age, women in and after menopause, overweight and obese people, pregnant and lactating women and people living in a polluted living and working environment.

Ingredients: sunflower oil, capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol, water), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)
Dosage: 1 capsule per day, we recommend drinking it with milk, for example, as vitamin D is well soluble in fats. It can be taken at any time during the day, with or after a meal.
