Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose - filler, L-ascorbic acid, ferrous bisglycinate, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin - anti-caking agent, folic acid, cyanocobalamin, HPMC capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

Dosage: children from 3 years and adults 1 capsule per day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
