This type of heating originated more than 20 years ago in Korea, where it has been commonly used and improved for many years. This is the cheapest type of heating ever.

How to choose the right film? What kind of performance is for me?

Weaker solutions, although perfectly covering the demand for thermal output, are characterized by a relatively large time delay before they reach their maximum of 28C (thus a longer waiting time to achieve the required thermal requirements). Each of the foils, whether weak or strong, reaches its maximum, ie 28C, weaker foils achieve it much later, and if they are located, for example, in a colder environment, they may not reach it, or so late that you lose one of the main advantages of the infrared heating foil, ie heating the space within 15 minutes.

ATTENTION: regardless of thermal energy, the energy consumption is the same. The difference is only in the speed of the heater, but the energy consumption is the same! Floor heating using a higher output film achieves the desired temperature faster, but with a lower output it takes more time to bring the surface layer to the appropriate temperature required by the customer.

The rate of temperature rise also depends on the size of the coverage area - the higher the percentage of floor coverage, the shorter the waiting time to reach the desired temperature.

The comfort of using the heating film in the floor heating system depends largely on the room touch temperature controller.

Rexva Technology

The heating foil works on the basis of the electrical resistance of carbon. The heating infrared film consists of carefully selected carbon and carbon paste and is applied using modern technologies (printing technology) to PET films.

This material is characterized by excellent insulating and refractory properties. The PET film is protected by a special LAMINEX film. An electrode made of copper tape acts as a conductor of electric current, while silver tape is a protection against sparking.
