Essential branched-chain amino acids in a ratio of 4:1:1. BCAAs are amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own, so they need to be supplied to the body. Each capsule contains 450 mg of amino acids, of which 300 mg of L-leucine, 75 mg of L-valine and 75 mg of L-isoleucine. It is mainly intended for athletes and for people with high physical stress.

MOVit BCAA 4:1:1 contains four times the amount of leucine compared to isoleucine and valine. This specific ratio is considered beneficial for muscle protein synthesis, recovery, and growth, as leucine is considered the most important amino acid for muscle building.
