Ingredients: Lalmin® Immune, L-ascorbic acid, bulking agent ? microcrystalline cellulose and corn starch, oyster mushroom extract, zinc citrate, magnesium stearate and silica ? anti-caking agents, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, HPMC capsules.
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule once a day, washed down with plenty of liquid. It is recommended to take it for at least two months
