Ingredients: fish oil with extra high EPA and DHA content, menaquinone, D-?-tocopherol, cholecalciferol, capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol: humectant, purified water, colourant: ammonia-sulphite caramel).

Recommended dosage: 1 capsule per day or 2 capsules every other day. For better digestion, always take with or immediately after meals, when there is an increased secretion of bile and therefore better digestion of the oil.
